Sound&Fury’s Charlie Ward, returns for a much-anticipated encore after premiering to great critical acclaim during 14-18 NOW’s opening season in 2014.

An intimate, immersive and immensely powerful sound installation, Charlie Ward places audiences in the heart of a makeshift wartime hospital, where an unlikely therapy brings solace and comfort to those injured on the battlefield.

Sound&Fury is acclaimed for plunging audiences into highly immersive worlds, and this production is no exception as the sounds of war and the sounds of home merge to create a visceral and emotional soundscape that asks the question: Is laughter really the best medicine?
