‘It was amazing to see young people find inspiration in history and modern art’.
Workshop leader

Young people from Studio 12 created poetry, magazines and animations in response to 14-18 NOW and The Body Extended: Sculpture and Prosthetics exhibition, and developed content around the feelings of loss, society pressures, and aesthetics.

The group created a pianola of poetry and visuals which will be showcased as part of the Leeds Zine Exhibition in Room 700, Central Library and shared on social media in order to create a platform for new audiences to see and discuss the themes of the artwork
