They say we all die twice. The first time when our body dies and the second time when people stop saying our names and stop telling the stories of the things we did in our lives.

Bill Mitchell, Artistic Director

100: The Day Our World Changed remembered the local men of Cornwall who went to war a hundred years ago and the stories of the people they left behind.

This dawn to dusk, powerful and emotional experience moved from the harbour in Mevagissey to the sweeping fields of Heligan. It involved stunning visual images, memorable new music, a core of familiar WildWorks theatre-makers, traditional horse and steam power and many local people of all ages.

This collaboration between WildWorks and The Lost Gardens of Heligan culminated in a one day event.

Co-commissioned by 14-18 NOW and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
