CloseSussie Juhlin-Wallén is a UK based Costume Designer, who studied theatre design at Wimbledon College of Art. Sussie has designed for two Katie Mitchell productions: The Forbidden Zone, Salzburger Festspiele 2014 and Wunschloses Unglück, Burg theatre, Vienna 2014.
From 2009 – 2011 Sussie designed three circus productions for Circus Space at Watch This Space, National Theatre, London.
Sussie has also worked as Costume Supervisor on Katie Mitchell‘s Say it with Flowers, Hampstead Theatre, London 2013; Reise Durch Die Nacht / Night Train, Schauspiel Koln, Halle Kalk, Cologne 2012 and Amelia Sears production of Dennis Potter‘s Brimstone & Treacle, Arcola theatre, London 2012.
The British director brought together texts by writers as diverse as Virginia Woolf and Hannah Arendt in this haunting multimedia stage work.
